No stranger to controversy, Prince Harry carried on his wild ways on board the affectionately named superyacht ‘HMS Mahiki’– after the famous London nightclub that he often frequents – for the Mahiki Formula 1 Boat Party by enjoying puffing on shisha on vacation in Dubai.
Surrounded by a bevy of beauties, the celeb Prince enjoyed the drinks that were clearly flowing at the party – at Dhabi’s Yas Marina, two days before the Formula 1 season’s final Grand Prix was held in the emirate.
Harry, 30, was also spotted getting his twerk on at a local nightclub until 5am… and the problem for the Prince, or anyone is the royal family for that matter, is that everywhere he goes these days, people can just use their smart phones to snap him. At one point in the evening, Harry smiled for a photo with his arm round American R&B singer Tyrese Gibson.
But it would seem that the photo of him using a shisha pipe has caused a bit of a stir – and although the practise is not illegal, it perhaps isn’t the best image for the royal to be presenting!
The atmosphere on board the HMS Mahiki appeared to be so relaxed that he probably didn’t think there was any harm… However with the knowledge that anyone could come aboard if they bought a £150 ticket, and knowing the Price was on board, photograph hunters could well have been on the loose!
This trip has been a bit of a wind-down for Harry after a three-day official visit to the state of Oman, where he played in a charity polo match — raising almost £800,000 for his Lesotho children’s charity, Sentebale.
By the time he arrived in Abu Dhabi, he clearly wanted to let his hair down and have a bit of fun – but being in the royal family means watching yourself a bit more carefully – especially since social media spread like wildfire!
Here’s hoping his grandmother didn’t mind too much…
