“Yoga on a yacht… why not?” supermodel Nina Agdal asks before taking part in a session led by instructor Amy Dannheim with a group of gorgeous girls, against the stunning backdrop of the Miami coast on a superyacht that costs $175,000+ a week to rent.
With a huge sundeck offering stunning views over the ocean, a yacht offers an amazing environment for doing your downward dogs and planks. Yoga instructor Amy comments, “Yacht yoga is great because you can really connect with nature in the water.”
She adds, “Miami lends itself so much to outdoor activities, with yoga it’s really about finding the balance between your body and the environment.”
The luxury yacht Usher is seen in the video above, featuring Sports Illustrated beauty ‘Bikini Issue’ and recent star of the Entourage movie Nina Agdal. The model clearly showed off just why she was a chosen as star of the 2014 Swimsuit Issue with her unreal body, which clearly benefits from doing around 5 yoga sessions like these a week!
Available to rent in Florida and the Bahamas, Usher measures a huge 154ft (47 metres) and has features like a sundeck jacuzzi (seen in the vid above), an outdoor bar and 80-inch TV in her main living area. Guests can use an elevator on board and enjoy scuba-diving, kayaking or water-skiing when not enjoying a yoga class.
As model Nina says, “When you have the ocean and you have the boat, why not do something that’s good for you and after that you can enjoy yourself!”
